Procurement

As defenders of a large portion of the regional fleet, we work directly with 60 boats and most of the boats taking part in the fish market.
We give priority to and work essentially with the species resulting from the French fishing industry:

FISH
Sea bass, brill, cod, horse mackerel, conger, sea bream, haddock, gurnard, red gurnard, herring, julienne, pollack, lemon sole, monkfish, mackerel, whiting, mullet, plaice, red mullet, saint pierre, sole, pout, turbot, snapper and weever

SHELLFISH
Scallop, sea almond, whelk, cockle, oyster, mussel, abalone, clam, scallop, clam and white venus

CRUSTACEANS
Spider crab, prawn, green crab, shrimp, velvet crab, lobster and brown crab

CEPHALOPODES
Squid and cuttlefish

SKIN OFF
Tope/shark, skate and dogfish
